Our Chilean Seabass is sourced exclusively from vessels operating under strict sustainability and traceability programs.

All our vessels are equipped with Vessel Monitoring Systems (VMS) to ensure full transparency of fishing activity. We actively participate in a Fishery Improvement Project (FIP) aligned with international conservation standards and follow all Chilean government regulations and catch quotas designed to protect the species and its ecosystem.

Each fish is handled and processed in our BRC certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality, environmental responsibility, and long-term resource sustainability.
